Project Overview
Hale Wharf is a major waterside residential development located at
Tottenham Hale, forming part of the wider regeneration of the River Lee
corridor. The scheme comprises 500+ residential units delivered across
multiple phases, including apartments and duplex homes, positioned
immediately adjacent to transport links and the canal network.
Holden Plumbing Services Ltd — Scope of Works
Holden Plumbing Services Ltd was appointed to deliver a full tendered
plumbing and mechanical package, managing the works from mobilisation
through to commissioning and handover.
The scope of works included:
- SVP drainage systems and stacks throughout the development
- First-fix plumbing installations
- Second-fix plumbing to apartments and duplex homes
- Installation of HIU dwelling heating interface units
- Full testing and commissioning of all installed systems
- Managed delivery from start through to client handover
The package was delivered under full Holden supervision and
coordination in line with programme and specification.
Outcome
The works were successfully delivered as part of a large, multi-phase
riverside regeneration project, with systems fully tested, commissioned
and handed over. The project demonstrates Holden Plumbing Services
Ltd’s capability to deliver tendered packages on complex, high-density
residential schemes.
