Project Overview
St. Paul’s Mansions is a high-quality residential development located on St.
Paul’s Avenue in Willesden Green, North West London. The scheme
comprises 76 contemporary homes arranged within a seven-storey
building with a basement, providing landscaping, car parking and cycle
storage close to local transport and amenities. The architectural design was
chosen to complement the surrounding area while delivering modern
living spaces for a diverse mix of occupiers.
Holden Plumbing Services Ltd — Scope of Works
Holden Plumbing Services Ltd was contracted to deliver a full tendered
mechanical and plumbing package for St. Paul’s Mansions, managing
delivery from project mobilisation through to handover.
The scope included:
- Full trained site supervision and project management
- Installation of soil vent pipe (SVP) stacks throughout
- Plant room installation and coordination
- Installation of pod bathrooms and pod HIUs
- Shell and core services including corridor and riser
installations
- Boosted cold water systems (BCWS)
- Primary heating distribution (LTHW)
- First-fix plumbing services
- Second-fix plumbing and sanitaryware installation
- Comprehensive testing, commissioning and witnessing with
building control
- Full client handover and project close-out
The package was delivered as a fully inclusive managed solution,
including commissioning and finished works sign-off.
Outcome
The works were completed successfully in accordance with programme
and specification, resulting in a high-quality residential development
delivered on time. Holden Plumbing Services Ltd provided continuous site
leadership and seamless coordination across all mechanical and plumbing
disciplines
