Holden Plumbing Services Ltd — Scope of Works
Holden Plumbing Services Ltd is delivering a full tendered mechanical and
plumbing package on this ongoing project, providing managed delivery
from mobilisation through to phased handover.
The scope of works includes: - Full site supervision and project management
- Installation of SVP drainage systems and stacks
- Shell and core plumbing services
- Boosted cold water systems (BCWS)
- Primary flow and return heating systems (LTHW)
- Installation of HIUs and associated distribution pipework
- First-fix plumbing installations
- Second-fix plumbing and sanitaryware installations
- Testing, commissioning and compliance sign-off
- Coordination with Laser Mechanical, Higgins, and statutory
bodies
Works are being delivered in line with programme requirements
across multiple blocks and unit types, including standard apartments
and triplex homes.
