    Project Overview
    Goodluck Hope is a large-scale riverside residential development located
    on the Leamouth Peninsula in East London, close to Canning Town and the
    wider Docklands area. The scheme forms part of Ballymore’s regeneration
    of former industrial land into a high-quality residential-led neighbourhood.
    The development delivers 800+ residential apartments across multiple
    buildings and phases, alongside landscaped public realm and supporting
    amenities, contributing to the wider regeneration of the area.
    Holden Plumbing Services Ltd was appointed to deliver a full tendered
    mechanical and plumbing package, providing an end-to-end managed
    service from mobilisation through to handover, inclusive of aftercare.
    The scope of works included:
  • Fully trained site supervision and project management
  • Installation of SVP stacks throughout the development
  • Plant room installations
  • Incoming water mains
  • Boosted Cold Water Systems (BCWS)
  • Primary flow and return heating systems
  • Installation of Heat Interface Units (HIUs)
  • First-fix plumbing installations
  • Second-fix plumbing and sanitaryware installation
  • Full testing and commissioning
  • Liaison with building control and statutory sign-off
  • Post-handover aftercare support

Outcome

The project was delivered successfully across multiple phases under full
Holden management, from initial mobilisation through to final handover. A
structured aftercare package was provided following completion.
