Project Overview
The Erith development is a residential scheme located in Dartford, Kent,
comprising a combination of apartment blocks and traditional housing. The
project includes both multi-occupancy residential units and individual
houses, requiring varied mechanical and plumbing solutions across the
site.
The development consists of:
- One apartment block comprising 60 flats
- 40 residential houses
Holden Plumbing Services Ltd — Scope of Works
Holden Plumbing Services Ltd is delivering a tendered mechanical and
plumbing package across both the apartment and housing elements of the
development.
The scope of works includes: - Installation of SVP drainage stacks to the apartment block
- First-fix plumbing installations to apartments and houses
- Second-fix plumbing and sanitaryware installations
- Installation of air source heat pump hot water cylinders
- Mechanical services coordination across multiple unit types
- Testing, commissioning and compliance sign-off
- Managed delivery from mobilisation through to handover
Air source cylinder installations are being provided to both the
apartment units and the houses, in line with the project’s energy and
compliance requirements.
Current Status
The project is currently ongoing, with Holden Plumbing Services Ltd
delivering works in coordination with Anderson and Laser Mechanical,
maintaining programme alignment and quality control across all
residential units.
